Cancellation Policy

Payment Groceries are bought before the event. Any cancellations after groceries are purchased, the balance of payment excluding the cost of purchased groceries will be refunded. Full payment for services is paid before the event by the client. This can be paid by PayPal invoice or through PayPal. me link. Cancellations Any cancellations after finalized agreement and payment are subject to a penalty fee of up to $200.  Cancellations due to abrupt changes in time/booking not formerly discussed (in writing) with the Chef before payment.  Cancellations due to abrupt changes in agreed pricing for the event.  Cancellations due to abrupt changes in venue location over 50 miles away from previous venue. (Example: In state to out of state instances, from DC to NY) Rescheduling To avoid cancellation fees, it is best to reschedule your event for another appropriate time with the Chef. No part of the payment will be refunded when rescheduling, for refunds, you are liable for penalty fee and/or grocery deduction
