Breakfast for Dinner: Coconut Cream Pancakes

Fluffy, yummy, buttery pancakes! There’s just something about them that makes everyone salivate. These pancakes are easy to make and half the carbs. Utilizing Coconut Flour and AP Flour mix, it cuts down on carbs and also adds a delicious coconut flavor. But the goodness doesn’t stop there.

Coconut Cream Pancakes

1/2 C Coconut Flour

1 C AP Flour

1 ½ t Baking Powder

1 Egg

½ C Oil

1 C Milk

¼ C Water

2 T Irish Cream
