All meals will start off labeled “In-Stock.”
Meals will be marked "Out-of-Stock" when sold out or at the Chef's discretion.
If a meal is purchased after the serving day, it will be delivered on the day that the meal is available.
If a meal is purchased days before the serving day, a full refund will be issued.

Can I cancel my delivery order?
Only if you're outside the service zone or ordered a meal that is no longer available; in that case, the Chef will cancel.

Is there a delivery fee?
Nope — delivery is included in your meal price.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes, most of our packing is eco-friendly! We proudly use biodegradable containers and cutlery for every order.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like the meal?
We do not offer refunds if the meal is not to your personal taste.

I’m allergic to an ingredient in the dish. Can I request it to be excluded?
Meal of the Day Takeaway does not offer customization. For personalized meals, please explore our In-Home Chef Services or Delivery Services.

How do I leave a review?

Can I give a tip?
Yes! Tips are welcome and can be given in cash at delivery or sent through the provided Quick Pay link.

Can I gift a meal to someone?
Absolutely. As long as the recipient is within our service area and aware of the delivery, you can purchase a meal for them. Please be sure to provide their address at checkout.

What happens if no one is home or answers the door upon delivery?
We will make every effort to reach the client (knocking, ringing the doorbell, calling). If there is no response, the order will be marked as "Abandoned". Meals will not be left at the doorstep unless a cooler with ice is provided to ensure food safety. No refunds will be issued for abandoned orders.

I changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
Refunds are only available for clients outside our service area or for orders placed beyond the designated cutoff times. Otherwise, once an order is placed, food preparation begins immediately. Clients may choose to complete the delivery or donate the meal, but refunds will not be issued.

My meal was marked as “Abandoned,” but I was home.
If there is no response after multiple delivery attempts and a phone call, the meal will be marked as "Abandoned". An estimated time of arrival is sent to your phone prior to delivery — please be ready to receive your meal within that timeframe.

My container leaked.
While we take every precaution to seal meals securely, occasional leakage can occur, especially with biodegradable containers. We use tamper-evident seals to minimize this risk.

My delivery is later than expected.
Delivery delays can happen due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen road conditions. We will keep you updated with real-time delivery notifications.
