Breakfast for Dinner: Sage Pork Sausage

Making Breakfast Sausage doesn’t have to be for the elite professionals. It’s rather simple and easy. Here I take a high-quality pork chop and transform it into delicious sausage. I decided to use an unconventional cut of meat for my sausage because most people don’t have the perfect cut available when we want to make something at home.

Follow my step by step process and continue on to the Pancake Video. You’ll be glad you did. Whatever time it may be, Breakfast always tastes great!

Sage Pork Sausage Recipe

1 1/2 lb Pork Chop (Great fat marbled throughout meat as well as more around the rim)

3 T Ground Sage or 2 T Ground Sage and 1 T Chopped Fresh Sage

1 T Onion Powder

1 T Garlic Powder

1/2 T Black Pepper

2 t Parsley Flakes or Chopped Parsley

2 t Salt

1/4 t Rosemary 1 T Ground Dried Shiitake Mushroom

1/4 C Ground Flax Seed (Binder/Filler)
